UPLIFE.MOBI – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The content services which shall mean any text, video, audio or any interactive service (“the Content Services”) available on the UpLife.mobi storefront (“UpLife”) are licensed to you as a user (“you”) subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
- By accessing, downloading or subscribing to receive the Content Services on UpLife, and/or making use of the Content Services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. The provision of the Content Services and any subscription thereto is governed by the applicable legislation.
- Use of the Content Services is also governed by Cell C’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

- Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Content Services. By using the Content Service or submitting information through the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Costs and Billing
- The Content Services on UpLife are provided to you at a fixed recurring fee (in the case of subscription services) or at a once-off access fee. The pricing information is displayed on the opt-in webpage for the Content Services, for example, R5.00/day subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand these fees and the duration of the subscription term you are selecting when opting-in to receive access to the Content Services and/or when making use of the Content Services. Depending on the Content Services chosen, users are billed daily, weekly or monthly.
- Subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of each subscription term (i.e. daily as an example) for the same duration as the initial term. This renewal cycle will continue until you cancel your subscription. PLEASE SEE “HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE” BELOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION.
- If your subscription renewal fails due to you having insufficient airtime available, partial billing will apply. In cases where partial billing is applied, your subscription will be renewed through the collection of an amount less than the original service fee for a given term. For example, if a renewal transaction for R1.00 is unsuccessful due to insufficient airtime, a partial collection of R0.50 (or less) may be attempted.
- In the event that your subscription renewal fails due to you having insufficient airtime available to pay the subscription fee, you will remain liable for the subscription fee while the Content Services remains active, and the subscription fee will be recovered at a later date. A maximum of 3 (three) days’ missed billing may be recovered. This means that you may be charged more than once in a single day for a daily subscription, with the first successful charge being for the current day and the subsequent successful charge for the prior day/s where charging for the amount due, failed.
- Prior to being granted access to the Content Services, you will be required to confirm your acceptance of the associated fees by completing Cell C’s opt-in process. No billing will take place against your account and you will not receive any Content Services until this opt-in process is completed.
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees exclude data, SMS, MMS and associated delivery and access charges. Standard data, SMS and MMS charges apply.
How to Unsubscribe
- You may cancel your subscription for the Content Services at any time by dialling *122*100# from your Cell C phone and following the prompts.
Customer support
- For help, dial *122*100#. For customer support dial 135 from your Cell C phone. Complaints and billing related queries can also be reported to customer support.
Licence and Terms of Use
- The Content Services made available to you is either owned by Cell C or licensed to Cell C, by the owner of the Content.
- Any and all copyright and other intellectual property rights associated with the Content Services remains the property of Cell C, or of the original owner in the case of licensed Content Services.
- The Content Services are provided to you for personal use only. You are expressly prohibited from forwarding, duplicating, replicating, reverse-engineering or otherwise manipulating the Content Services for use in any way.
- If your SIM Card and/or devices are lost or stolen then you must immediately inform Cell C so that we can protect your interests and blacklist your devices from further use and/or block the use of your SIM Card. You will remain liable for all charges incurred for the Content Services until you have asked Cell C to block further use of your SIM Card and/or devices. You will not be liable for any charges incurred in respect of these Content Services by any unauthorised person after you have requested us to block your SIM Card and/or devices.
General
- Cell C may amend, modify or otherwise change these terms and conditions, in its sole and absolute discretion, and the amended version will be displayed in the same media as these terms and conditions. Cell C will notify you before Cell C amends or otherwise changes the terms and conditions.
- Each time you access the UpLife.mobi storefront or respond to a promotional message distributing the Content you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, as may be modified from time to time.
- Cell C reserves the right to immediately suspend the Content Services should any fraudulent activity be suspected, and if the outcome of an investigation proves that fraudulent activity did occur, Cell C shall be entitled to terminate the Content Services immediately
- Cell C and any of its agents, directors, affiliates, members or employees shall not be responsible in any way for claims, loss or damages (either direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), arising from your use of the Content Services. To the extent allowedby law, the Content Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for your use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Whilst every effort has been made by Cell C and its service providers, to ensure the proper performance of the Content Services, the accuracy of the information/images and the reliability of the binary data on the Content Services, Cell C, its affiliated companies, suppliers, or any of their employees, do not, to the full extent permitted by law, guarantee the availability or accuracy of the Content Services and/or information offered therein. We do not warrant that you will be able to access or use the Content Services at the times or locations of your choosing; that the Content Services will be uninterrupted or error-free; or that defects will be corrected. We therefore make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, and assume no liability or responsibility for the proper performance of the Content Services and the Content Services is used at your own risk.
- Cell C reserves the right to discontinue Content Services available and/or change the Content Serviced on offer to you. The affected Content Services subscribers will be notified of any sequence changes.
- Any words, views or opinions expressed anywhere in the Content Services does not in any way reflect the views and opinions of Cell C.
- By agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, you give Cell C the necessary consent to send you targeted direct marketing messages based on historical subscription data. You are entitled to opt out of these direct marketing messages with the applicable “stop” command provided to you in such messages.
- This service is provided by Cell C Limited (“Cell C”).
- We do not warrant that the Service will be compatible with your mobile device.
- Network fees may apply when accessing the Content Services. Content Services may only be used with the permission of the bill-payer, or parent/guardian for children services.
- The use of the Content Services may not be used:
- (i) to intentionally engage in illegal conduct,
- (ii) to knowingly create, store or disseminate any illegal content,
- (iii) to knowingly infringe copyright,
- (iv) to knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights, or
- (v) to send spam or promote the sending of spam.
- Cell C has the right to suspend or terminate the Content services of any user who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any other related contractual obligations and has the right to take down any content (hosted as part of the service) that it considers illegal or for which it has received a take-down notice.
Privacy and Data Protection
- We can get your personal information when you use the Content Services. In the case of the use of the Content Services your personal information is collected for the purpose of being used and processed in:
- • personalising the Content Service to your respective preferences;
- • for the serving of appropriate, tailored advertising to you via the Content Services;
- • for the purpose of tracking the Content Services performance;
- • troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and service improvement and/or to identify any technical issues that may occur from time to time;
- • for use in devising additional enhancements or improvements to the Content Services; and
- • statistical tracking, redundancy and audit purposes.
- We may also collect information about you from other organisations, if this is appropriate. These include fraud-prevention agencies, business directories and credit reference agencies. We may also collect information about you from other companies, our business, or joint venture partners.
- We might also use cookies (small text files stored in your browser) and other techniques such as web beacons (small, clear picture files used to follow your movements on our website). These collect information that tells us how you use our websites, web-related products and or services.
- We will store your information for as long as we have to by law. If there is no legal requirement, we will only store it for as long as we need it.
- We may share information about you with:
- Companies in the Cell C Group;
- Partners or agents involved in delivering the Content Services;
- Companies who are engaged to perform the Content Services for, on behalf of Cell C Limited;
- Where applicable, credit reference, fraud prevention or business scoring agencies, or other credit scoring agencies;
- Where applicable, debt collection agencies or other debt recovery organisations;
- Law enforcement agencies, regulatory organisations, courts or other public authorities if we have to, or are authorised to by law;
- Emergency services (if you make an emergency call), including your approximate location;
- We will release information if it's reasonable for the purpose of protecting us against fraud, defending our rights or property, or to protect the interests of our customers;
- If we are reorganised or sold to another organisation, we may transfer any personal information we hold about you to that organisation.
- Cell C cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access orloss of personal information that's beyond our control.
Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
- 1.1. The Cell C Digital Themed Monthly Promotion (the Campaign) provides Cell C Customers (Customer, you, or Participant) with the chance to win prizes when subscribing to any of the content services offered on PlayerPro.mobi (PlayerPro) or UpLife.mobi (UpLife) during the Campaign Period.
- 1.2. The Campaign is organised and sponsored by Cell C Limited, Hyve Mobile (Pty) Ltd and ViaMedia (Pty) Ltd (thePromoters).
- 1.3. The terms and conditions (theCompetition Terms and Conditions) set out herein apply to all further participation by you in the Campaign.
- 1.4. You must carefully read the Competition Terms and Conditions.
- 1.5. Should you not understand any of the Competition Terms and Conditions set out herein, you must contact the Promoters on 135 from a Cell C phone or 084 135 from any other network, for further assistance.
- 1.6. If you do not accept these Competition Terms and Conditions, you are advised to cease in continued participation in the Campaign by not subscribing, or cancelling any subscription(s) to the content services offered on PlayerPro or UpLife. By your subscription to a content service offered on PlayerPro and/or UpLife, and continued participation in the Campaign, you agree to the Competition Terms and Conditions and all other applicable terms and conditions as may apply to the Campaign from time to time.
- 1.7. Your participation in the Campaign will constitute your agreement to comply with these Competition Terms and Conditions.
2. Duration
- 2.1. The Campaign will run from 1 April 2024 at 00h00 until 30 June 2024 at 23h59, unless otherwise communicated to you by the Promoters (theCampaign Period).
- 2.2. The Promoters may in their sole and absolute discretion elect to discontinue the Campaign at any time during the Campaign Period.
- 2.3. Entries received after 30 June 2024, or the closing date of the Campaign Period as determined by the Promoters, will not be considered.
3. Campaign Rules
- 3.1. Prizes shall not be exchanged for cash.
- 3.2.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute, change or exchange any prize with another prize of similar commercial value without notice, at its sole and absolute discretion at any time. You will not have a claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoters should this occur.
- 3.3. You acknowledge and understand that the prizes as advertised on any point of sale or electronic marketing communication are merely for illustrative purposes and may differ at the time of prize giving. Every effort will be made to ensure that the model, features or supplier is similar and based on availability at the time of dispatch from the manufacturer or supplier, but this cannot be guaranteed.
4. Eligibility - Who Can Enter
- 4.1. The Campaign is open to all Cell C Customers, including Prepaid, Post-paid, and TopUp/Hybrid, who are:
- 4.1.1. natural persons;
- 4.1.2. not excluded from the Campaign as per clause 4.2 below;
- 4.1.3. over the age of eighteen (18) years;
- 4.1.4. under the age of eighteen (18) years subject to clause 4.3 below;
- 4.1.5. in possession of a valid South African ID book or passport; and
- 4.1.6. residing in South Africa during the Campaign Period.
- 4.2. Excluded from the Campaign are:
- 4.2.1. directors, members, partners, employees, agents of, contractors, consultants business partners or associates of the Promoters;
- 4.2.2. spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters of the Promoters; and
- 4.2.3. Off-Net (non-Cell C) Customers.
- 4.3. Participants younger than 18 (eighteen) years must have the written consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in the Campaign, with the parent or legal guardian providing proof of their relationship to the Participant.
- 4.4. Mobile numbers used to enter the Campaign or subscribed to the content service must be active on the Cell C network at the end of the Campaign. Should a Participant have entered the Campaign with a mobile number which is inactive on the Cell C network at the end of the Campaign, such Participant will be disqualified from the Campaign.
5. Subscribe And Win
- 5.1. To qualify as a potential winner, Participants must subscribe to any of the content services available on UpLife and PlayerPro during the Campaign Period stipulated in clause 2 above.
- 5.2. There are no additional charges for participating in the Campaign, but any applicable standard data, airtime and subscription costs will still apply.
- 5.3. Customers can subscribe to the content services in one of the following ways:
- 5.3.1. click on any of the content services on the PlayerPro.mobi and UpLife.mobi websites and follow the prompts to subscribe to the content service via the double-opt in process;
- 5.3.2. dial the USSD string advertised on Cell C “Please Call Me” messages, direct SMS marketing messages or by selecting a service on the Cell C Digital *122# USSD content menu and follow the prompts to subscribe to any of the content services;
- 5.3.3. click on one of the promotional banners on GoogleAds and subscribe to the content service via the double opt-in process;
- 5.3.5. click on the SATPush message as advertised and follow the prompts to subscribe.
- 5.4. Participants acknowledge and understand that subscription to the content services will cost R5.00 per day or R10.00 per day, depending on the pricing information provided on the promotional banner and/ or on the banner displayed on the opt in webpage for the relevant content service.
6. Monthly Prize Draws
- 6.1. A Participant will be entered into the monthly prize draw every time that they subscribe to a content service on Playerpro and/ or Uplife. A Participant will be granted one entry per content service subscribed to.
- 6.2. At the end of each calendar month, the first day thereof commencing at launch date of Campaign, qualifying entries will be extracted, and a winner identified via a random draw (theWinner).
- 6.3. Participants who are drawn as Winners will be contacted telephonically by a representative of the Promoters, in order to confirm and validate the Winner’s qualification and process the fulfilment of the prize to confirmed winners.
- 6.4. The Promoters shall use their reasonable endeavours to contact the Participant on the mobile number used to enter the Campaign between 09h00 and 17h00 (excluding weekends and public holidays) to inform the Participant of their winning.
- 6.5. Should the Participant not answer on the first attempt, a second attempt to contact the Participant will be made later on the same day.
- 6.6. Should the Participant fail to answer on either of these attempts, or answers and declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and another Winner will be drawn.
7. Monthly Campaigns And Prizes
- 7.1.16 April 2024 to 15 May - Win Your Power Back Campaign: Get Freedom from Load Shedding.
- 7.1.1.Prize: A Power Station valued at approximately R2 000.00.
- 7.2.16 May 2024 to 15 June - Give Mom Spa Day She Deserves Campaign.
- 7.2.1.Prize: Spa voucher for two people to the value of R2 000.00.
- 7.3.16 June 2024 to 15 July - Youth Day Motivation Campaign
- 7.3.1.Prize: Takealot voucher to the value of R2 000.00.
- 7.4. Please note that the Promoters will not require a Winner to pay for delivery of a prize or request payment information. If you are a Winner and receive requests of this nature, please do not issue your information as this may be a fraudulent attempt to misrepresent the Promoters. The Promoters will not in any way or manner whatsoever be responsible for a reimbursement of any kind or any damages in relation to such misrepresentation.
8. Prize Terms And Conditions
- 8.1. The Winner must be able to identify himself or herself in a manner determined by the Promoters and must comply with the required validation procedure in order to claim the prize, including but not limited to, providing the Promoters with a valid form of their South African ID and stamped proof of their bank account.
- 8.2. Documents submitted by the Winner must correlate with the Winner’s details initially provided when participating in the Campaign. Should the winner’s details not match the details initially provided, the Winner shall forfeit the prize.
- 8.3. Powerstation:
- 8.3.1. The prize will be delivered via courier to the Winner’s chosen address;
- 8.4. Spa Voucher:
- 8.4.1. The prize will be delivered via email to the Winner’s selected email address.
- 8.5. Takealot voucher
- 8.5.1. The prize will be delivered via email to the Winner’s selected email address.
- 8.6. The Promoters shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any costs incurred by the Winner in claiming the prizes.
- 8.7. All risks and ownership of the prizes shall pass to the Winners on transfer/delivery thereof and hence all of the Promoters’ obligations in regard to the prizes and the Campaign shall terminate.
- 8.8. Notwithstanding the fact that the prizes vest with the Winners immediately upon the determination of the results, any prizes that remain unclaimed/undeliverable after one (1) month after the Campaign Period or no reasonable effort is made on the part of the Winners to claim the prizes despite having been advised of the results of the Campaign, will be forfeited.
9. Prizes Determination
- 9.1. The Winners are determined through a random electronic draw process.
- 9.2. The monthly draw entries will be captured every calendar month during the Campaign Period from the first (1st) of the month at 00h00 until the last day of the respective month at 23h59.
- 9.3. The Promoters reserve the right to verify, by whatever means necessary, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign.
- 9.4. A Participant may only be entitled to win one (1) prize during the Campaign Period. If a Participant is successfully drawn for more than one (1) monthly prize, such Participant will be excluded and another Winner will be drawn.
- 9.5. If you are a Winner, the Promoters may publish your name and photograph at no cost to you, for any advertising, promotional, print, point of sale or public relations material for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the end of the Campaign Period. By participating in the Campaign, you voluntarily consent and agree to the publication of your name and photograph.
- 9.6. You acknowledge and understand that the Promoters assume no liability for any entry which may be omitted or lost from the Campaign, for any reason whatsoever.
- 9.7.All Participants and Winners indemnify the Promoters and their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors against any loss or damages, either direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from its participation in the Campaign. Prior to awarding of any prizes, any of the Promoters may require you to sign such an indemnity.
- 9.8. The Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner if they reasonably believe, in their sole and absolute discretion, that the Winner:
- 9.8.1. is not eligible to win;
- 9.8.2. has contravened any of these Competition Terms and Conditions;
- 9.8.3. has acted fraudulently with regards to the Campaign;
- 9.8.4. has acted in a manner that is not in the spirit of the Campaign;
- 9.8.5. conducted himself in a manner that can be reasonably interpreted as scamming or circumventing the rules of the Campaign;
- 9.8.6. has acted fraudulently with regards to the Campaign if it would be unlawful to award the prize; or
- 9.8.7. fails to provide the Promoters or their authorized agents with the required information to hand over the prize within the specified timeframes.
- 9.9. The Promoters reserve the right, in addition to clause 9.8, to select an alternative winner if the Winner fails to accept the prize after 2 (two) attempts for any reason whatsoever, if after first being contacted by the Promoters or their authorized agents, is not reachable.
- 9.10. In the event that clauses 9.8 or 9.9 are applicable, the Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. The Promoters’ decision to disqualify a Winner shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into and/or entertained in this regard.
- 9.11. Winners will be required to:
- 9.11.1. provide the Promoters with their names and identity numbers in terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (theCPA); and
- 9.11.2. sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.
- 9.12. The name and identity document provided in clause 9.11.1 must correlate with the Winner’s details initially provided when participating in the Campaign, failing which the Winner shall immediately be disqualified from the Campaign.
- 9.13. The Promoters may amend, modify or otherwise change these Competition Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion and the amended version will be displayed in the same media and platform as these Competition Terms and Conditions.
- 9.14. By participating or continuing to participate in the Campaign, you agree and understand that you will be bound by the amended Competition Terms and Conditions.
10. General
- 10.1. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- 10.2. If any prize is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being claimed as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, including but not limited to, technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to:
- 10.2.1. disqualify any Participant; or
- 10.2.2. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the voucher as appropriate, subject to the approval of relevant regulatory authorities.
- 10.3. Save as permitted by law, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate any prize, without notice to Participants at any time, and such cancellation, suspension or termination shall be deemed to have taken effect at a date determined by it to be published on Uplife and PlayerPro’s websites at http://uplife.mobi/terms-and-conditions#general-competition; http://playerpro.mobi/terms-and-conditions.
- 10.4. No liability shall lie against any of the Promoters in favour of any Cell C Customers, Participants, Winner(s) and/or any third party (the Parties) arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination. Therefore, the Parties waive any claim which they may have against the Promoters and hereby acknowledge that they will have no right of recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against any of the Promoters.
- 10.5. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
- 10.6. The Parties acknowledge and understand that the Promoters accept no liability or responsibility, whether occasioned by any circumstance not foreseeable and not within its reasonable control for the late or delayed delivery of the prizes, including but not limited to, stock unavailability, strike, lock out, destruction of offer on route to Winner by any means, any civil commotion or disorder, riot, threat of war, any action taken by governmental authority or public authority of any kind, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earth quake or other acts of God.
- 10.7. If part or all of any clause of these Competition Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable:
- 10.7.1. it will be severed from these Competition Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Competition Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect; or
- 10.7.2. it will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable.
- 10.8. To the extent permitted by the CPA and any other applicable law, you hereby indemnify the Promoters against any and all direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or loss of any kind regardless of how this was caused, and whether it arose under the law of contract or delict or otherwise.s
- 10.9. The Promoters exclude all warranties (express or implied), representations and liabilities regarding this Campaign (other than for death or personal injury caused by its negligence and/or fraud).
- 10.10. Participants understand and agree to indemnify the Promoters from all liability arising from any nature whatsoever in respect of any prize.
- 10.11. In accordance with the confidentiality policies and practices of the Promoters, none of the entry details of any Participant in the Campaign will be disclosed or used by any of the Promoters for any purposes other than for processing the prizes.
- 10.12. Data charges may be incurred for redeeming any prize or using any online voucher redemption platform and network rates will apply.
- 10.13. Participants acknowledge, understand and accept that the Cell C Limited shall utilise Hyve Mobile (Pty) Ltd and/ or ViaMedia (Pty) Ltd to contact the Participant to arrange delivery of the prize.
- 10.14. In order to affect the contacting and delivery process, the Winner shall provide his or her information to an agent of Hyve Mobile (Pty) Ltd and/ or ViaMedia (Pty) Ltd.
- 10.15. Details of Participants will not be used for any of the Promoters’ related communication unless the Participant opts in to receive further communication from any of the Promoters.
11. Use Of Your Personal Information And Direct Marketing
- 11.1. By electing to participate in the Campaign you understand and acknowledge that the Promoters are required to comply with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) to, amongst other things, ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your Personal Information (as such term is defined in the POPIA).
- 11.2. For purposes of this, you confirm, agree, understand, acknowledge that by participating in the Campaign:
- 11.2.1. you disclose and provide your Personal Information to the Promoters voluntarily and consent and authorise the Promoters to collect, use, process, share and/or transfer your Personal Information in accordance with
- 11.2.1.1. Cell C Limited - https://www.cellc.co.za (select Privacy Policy);
- 11.2.1.2. Hyve Mobile (Pty) Ltd - https://hyvemobile.com/privacy-policy; and
- 11.2.1.3. ViaMedia (Pty) Ltd - https://viamedia.co.za/privacy-policy; (the Privacy Policies)
- 11.2.2. you consent that your Personal Information may be used:
- 11.2.2.1. to manage the Campaign;
- 11.2.2.2. to select a Winner;
- 11.2.2.3. to contact the Winner(s); and
- 11.2.2.3. for market research and statistical purposes and for marketing and public relations purposes;
- 11.2.3. you agree to immediately inform the Promoters in writing if there is any change of whatsoever nature in any of your Personal Information, including your physical address, previously supplied to Cell C Limited; and
- 11.2.4. you agree and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policies, which you have read, understood and agreed to as part of these Competition Terms and Conditions.
- 11.3. In order to fulfil the obligations set out in these Competition Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and understand that the Promoters will process your Personal Information.
- 11.4. Such processing may include sharing your Personal Information with:
- 11.4.1. any related entity to the Promoters, but only to the extent necessary for the purposes contemplated in these Competition Terms and Conditions; and/ or
- 11.4.2. attorneys and/or debt collection agencies in the event that you breach these Competition Terms and Conditions.
- 11.5. You are entitled to withdraw your consent to the Promoters using your Personal Information under clause 11.2 on written notice or notice in any other recorded form to all the Promoters.
- 11.6. In the event you decide to withdraw your consent, the Promoters will not be able to:
- 11.6.1. use your Personal Information for the purposes listed under clause 11.2 from the date that the withdrawal notice referred to in clause 11.5 is received; and
- 11.6.2. continue providing you with the services contemplated herein and shall immediately cease providing such service without any liability on any of the Promoters.
- 11.7. The Promoters have no control over the interception or loss of your Personal Information over the internet and assume no liability for any such interception or loss.
- 11.8. Your Personal Information will not be used for any of the Promoters’ related communication unless you opt-in to receive further communication from them in writing.
